The City of Victoria, Texas, is a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement City and holds an open call for Public Service Award (PSA) and Public Facility (PF) grant applications annually in April from non-profit agencies and other eligible entities. Please check back in Spring 2022 for information to apply for plan year 2022 funds.
The City has closed its request for PSA and PF applications for the plan year 2021. Below is a link showing the funding recommendations provided to Council on June 1, 2021, for the plan year 2021.
Complete and submit the application and provide supporting documents.
City of Victoria Staff Evaluation Period.
Subrecipients will be notified if funds have been awarded.
Funding recommendation and request for Plan Approval from City Council will be made at a regularly scheduled City Council meeting.
Submit Plan to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for approval.
Pending HUD approval, funds will be released.

CDBG Application Requirements
The following documents must be submitted with any application for CDBG grant funding:
Intent to Request Funding;
Completed CDBG application;
CDBG Certifications and Statements;
A copy of the 501(c)(3) IRIS Non-profit designation letter;
Copy of Current Certificate of Professional Liability Insurance;
