The City of Victoria Utility Billing Office drive-thru will be open 12-3:30 p.m. starting Tuesday after the office last week suspended its drive-thru and walk-in services.

The lobby will remain closed at this time. Residents who wish to pay at the office without using the drive-thru may use the drop boxes near the entrance to the lobby and next to the drive-thru window.

The new hours will remain in effect through Friday. Information about office hours after this date is forthcoming.

Residents are reminded that they can also pay water, sewer or garbage bills online by visiting www.victoriatx.gov and clicking “Utility Billing” or by phone at 361-485-3400. To request utility service, residents should click “Water & Sewer Service” under “Services.” Residents also can take advantage of drop boxes at HEB, 6106 N. Navarro St., or the City of Victoria, 700 N. Main St, or mail payments to 700 Main Center, Suite 110, Victoria, TX 77901.

There is no surcharge when paying through bank drafts, E-check, a drop box location or by mail. A $3 surcharge will apply to credit card transactions over the phone or online.

For information and questions, please call during business hours at 361-485-3400. If the call goes to voicemail, leave a message and a representative will get back to you.
