[ARCHIVED] Utility Billing Office suspends in-person access, accepts remote payments only

700 Main Center

The City of Victoria is temporarily closing its Utility Billing Office to walk-in and drive-thru access, though residents who would like to pay their utility bills can do so remotely.

Residents can pay water, sewer or garbage bills online by visiting www.victoriatx.gov and clicking “Utility Billing” or by phone at 361-485-3400. To request utility service, residents should click “Water & Sewer Service” under “Services.” Residents also can take advantage of drop boxes at HEB, 6106 N. Navarro, or the City of Victoria, 700 N. Main St, or mail payments to 700 Main Center, Suite 110, Victoria, TX 77901.

There is no surcharge when paying through bank drafts, E-check, a drop box location, or by mail. A $3 surcharge will be charged when using a credit card transaction over the phone or online.

The drive-thru access is likely to reopen next week, and more information is forthcoming.

For information and questions, please call during business hours at 361-485-3400. If the call goes to voicemail, leave a message and a representative will get back to you.
