City of Victoria Municipal Court Operations Supervisor Maria Bell earned the Distinguished Service Award from the Texas Court Clerks Association. The award recognizes her dedication to professional development and educational leadership. Bell has served the City of Victoria Municipal Court since 2013 and held the title of Municipal Court clerk before being promoted to her current role. She is a Certified Municipal Court Clerk, a Texas Municipal League Leadership Fellow and a graduate of the City of Victoria’s public speaking masterclass and inaugural leadership academy.
