Surface Water Treatment Plant operator Matthew Stutsman earned his Class B surface water operator license from the TCEQ. The Class B license is an advanced occupational license certifying that an individual has the necessary training and experience to diagnose and correct complex problems and perform higher-level duties related to surface water treatment.
