COV Property - Criminal Trespass Warning Policy

The City of Victoria (COV) desires to provide the public and COV staff members with an environment free from unlawful and disruptive behavior and activities while on COV property or within COV buildings and facilities that interfere with the business and activities of the public and those COV staff members providing services. With the safety of the public and COV staff members in mind, the City Manager has provided a trespass policy to exclude unlawful and disruptive activities and persons from COV property, buildings, and facilities. COV Property Criminal Trespass Warning Policy

A person receiving a Trespass Warning of this nature may request an administrative review of any or all parts of the Trespass Warning.  The request for review must be in writing and submitted in person to the City of Victoria City Secretary's Office, located on the first floor of City Hall, 105 W. Juan Linn, no later than three (3) days after the warning's issue date.  A request for review form can be downloaded by clicking the link below.
