The City of Victoria Municipal Court is located at the corner of Main and Juan Linn Street, adjacent to City Hall, and across from the Post Office Federal Building.

You can pay traffic tickets online, in person, or by mail.

The Justice of the Peace and Municipal Courts are the lowest level of the Texas Judicial System. More citizens come in contact with the Municipal Court than all other Texas courts combined.

The City of Victoria Municipal Court is responsible for the adjudication of all Class "C" misdemeanor laws established by State Law and City Ordinance within the territorial limits of the City of Victoria.
Operations include conducting bench trials, jury trials, pre-trials, arraignments, hearings for juveniles, and show cause hearings. The court also issues arrest warrants, capias pro fines, subpoenas, summonses, and collects fines and fees.
