The City of Victoria Municipal Court is located at the corner of Main and Juan Linn Street, adjacent to City Hall, and across from the Post Office Federal Building.


Our Mission:

To serve the community through the promotion of justice by providing an impartial forum for the resolution of all cases brought before the court in a manner such that legal rights of individuals are safeguarded and public interest is protected.

The City of Victoria Municipal Court strives to provide professional court proceedings that follow all applicable laws and ensure that the rights of all persons are observed.

The City of Victoria Municipal Court processes and adjudicates class "C" misdemeanor criminal cases which occur within the territorial limits of the City of Victoria. Examples include:

  • Speeding
  • Disorderly Conduct
  • Expired/Invalid Motor Vehicle Registration
  • Minor in Possession of Alcohol
  • Parking Violations
  • City Code Violations
