The City of Victoria requires all local Mobile Food Vendors to obtain a Mobile Food Vendor Permit from the Fire Marshal's Office. Mobile Food Vendors from outside of Victoria County are required to purchase a City of Victoria Mobile Food Vendor permit.  All permits expire on December 31st of the current year.  Please review the four steps listed below to obtain a permit.

Mobile Food Permit Steps

Step 1
Complete the City of Victoria Mobile Food Vendor Application.  Copies can be picked up at the Victoria Fire Marshal's Office, 9508 Zac Lentz Pkwy., Victoria, TX 77904 or complete the online application to become a mobile food vendor.

    Step 2
    Schedule an inspection with the Victoria County Public Health Department Environmental Department by calling 361-578-6281. Click here to review requirements for Mobile Food Units.

    Step 3

    Step 4
    Submit the mobile food permit application and all required documents to the Victoria Fire Marshal's Office along with the $100 permit fee.
