The goal of National Night Out is to:
*Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness.
*Generate support for local anti-crime efforts.
*Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships.
*Send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
