Victoria Independent Film Festival

The O'Connor & Hewitt Foundation, Film Exchange, and The David Ross Fetzer Foundation for Emerging Artists are thrilled to have the opportunity to present the ninth annual Victoria TX Independent Film Festival, October 22 to November 1, virtually for the first time in our 9 year history. This year we had to adapt to the new landscape that Covid has presented us with. It has been an honor presenting the Victoria community with passionate work being done in independent cinema, and we look forward to sharing this year's program in a new online format. This year the festival has partnered with Eventive, a new virtual festival platform that will help us bring our program to not only Victoria, TX, but the entire USA, and some of the films will be available worldwide.
