Thank you for contacting the City of Victoria. Customer Service Requests received during normal business hours are usually acknowledged within the business day. Requests received after hours, on weekends or holidays will be acknowledged on the next business day.

If you need immediate assistance please contact the appropriate department.

If you need tree limb or larger item picked up please fill out the Larger Item/Tree Limb Collection form or if you need your trash pick up please fill out the Report a Missed Collection form on the Environmental Services page.

To submit a request without creating a new account, you may use our anonymous request form.


If you choose to submit anonymously, you will not receive a response and your ticket cannot be tracked!
