The Utility Billing Office is responsible for billing, connects and disconnects of services and meter readings.

 

	The UBO drive through window is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
	There is a drop box located on the wall next to the rear entrance into 700 Main Center and one located in each lane of the UBO Drive through for your convenience.

Citizens can mail their bills, pay in person, pay through the office drive-thru window, or through automatic bank draft.  Payments can also be made with a Master card, Visa or Discover either in person, over the telephone, or by following the link on this web site. There is also a drop box at the office building at 700 Main Street and a drop box located near the entrance to the new HEB Plus at 6106 N. Navarro.
