Training

The City of Victoria, Texas Water Utilities Association (TWUA), Texas Rural Water Association (TRWA)and Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) work together to provide training for water and wastewater operators throughout the state of Texas. The City of Victoria Department of Utilities provides the training facility for these educational providers when the classes are held locally. Anyone interested in attending these training classes may contact TWUA, TRWA or TEEX directly for registration and class schedules.

You may contact the City of Victoria Department of Utilities at 361-485-3381 for directions to the training facility. Class times are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the City of Victoria’s Surface Water Treatment Plant located at 2902 Bluff inside Riverside Park.
