Requirements to set up a New Account over the Phone

Customer cannot be in late or bad debt status.

The meter at the address the customer is moving into cannot be in locked status.

A picture ID must be forwarded to the Utility Billing Office before the water can be turned on.

Initial payment must be made or an ACH draft must be set up before the water will be turned on.
- Within 10 days of account set-up, customer must present Identification used during New Account activation "in person" to UBO New Accounts personnel.
