Line Locate Information
The City of Victoria Public Works Department is a member of the DigTess System http://www.digtess.org/ and is notified via e-mail each time a utility locate is registered through them. By Texas Law everyone who will be excavating must give utility companies a two day notice before they begin to dig. This gives utility companies ample time to respond to the request and to send someone out to locate utility lines.
Calling before you dig protects lives and property!
