The Public Works Administration Office oversees all aspects of the Water, Wastewater, Utility Billing Office, Streets & Drainage, Engineering, Industrial Pretreatment and Traffic Control divisions. We provide new water and sewer installation rates, provide for water and sewer installations, handle citizen's concerns and calls, and provide general information to the public. We receive and dispatch calls requiring investigation and repairs for water meters, water leaks, water quality, sewer stoppages, manhole overflows, traffic lights, potholes and storm water.
Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and there are evening, weekend and holiday crews available 24 hours a day.
