The duties of the Crime Victims Assistance Liaison is to ensure that victims of violent crime and domestic violence are provided with all proper information for Texas Attorney General's Crime  Victim Compensation Program in Austin, Texas. The compensation program is designed to provide monetary assistance for a variety of medical expenses, and counseling services, to qualifying victims of violent crime.
