Owner-Occupied Home Rehabilitation Program

The City of Victoria created the Owner-Occupied Home Rehabilitation Program to assist low-income owner-occupied homeowners in the City to provide decent, affordable housing for their families.

To meet this objective the City has contracted with the Community Action Committee (CAC) to utilize Community Development Block Grant funds to provide resources to low income homeowners who need rehabilitation assistance.

The program provides funds for eligible costs related to rehabilitating a single family home in the designated Target Neighborhood. The current target neighborhood boundaries are N. Ben Wilson, Juan Linn, Delmar and North Street. The assistance is a grant and does not have to be repaid to the City.
