Vtv15 is a municipal government channel operated by the City of Victoria. Vtv15 focuses on Victoria's City Government, Education, History, and local Performing Arts. Vtv15 can only be watched via the Suddenlink Cable System on Channel 15. Most programming on Vtv15 is available online at www.victoriatx.org.
1. The Federal Communictions Commission (FCC) classifies Vtv15 as a "government" channel. We cannot accept programs from private companies, group or individuals. We are not a public access channel.
2. The FCC also prohibits government channels like Vtv15 from competing with local broadcast stations (there are six television stations in Victoria, four English speaking and two Spanish speaking channels that will gladly air programs).
ONLINE PROGRAMS: City Council meetings, community presentations, and other Vtv15 programs can be viewed online via donated services from Agama Advertising in Victoria. To view online programs, click HERE.
