Healthy Hint #6- As the summer heat rises, it is important to replace the fluids you lose from perspiration. An active person should be consuming 10-12 glasses of water instead of the normal 8 glasses.
Health Hint #7- (1) 5 oz cup of cooked wheat pasta contains 176 cal, where a 5 oz cup of cooked regular pasta contains 224 cal. Switching from regular to wheat pasta could cut 45-50 cal.
