William Street Reduced To One Lane

Between Commercial and Forrest Streets October 25

 

(VICTORIA, TEXAS) The City will reduce William Street to one lane southbound between Commercial and Forrest Streets Monday, October 25 to perform final pavement repairs. Construction is expected to take approximately two weeks, weather permitting. 

All businesses and parking lots in the work zone will remain accessible via alternate routes.

The City and contractor are working to reduce public inconvenience; however, drivers may experience delays in this area. Alternate routes are suggested when possible.

This construction is part of the $2,092,079.00 Downtown Water and Sewer Line Replacements (Phase I, Projects 3 & 4); this phase is estimated to be complete in seven months. The contractor is SER Construction Partners, LTD from Pasadena, Texas.
