Battle of the Badges Kickball Game Re-Scheduled
for October 28
(VICTORIA, TEXAS) The Victoria Police Department and the Victoria Fire Department will square off in a Battle of the Badges Kickball Game on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012 at Rosebud Stadium in Riverside Park. Food and beverages will be available. Admission is $5 for adults, children 12 or younger are free. Proceeds will be donated to the Victoria United Way.
This year’s Battle of the Badges is sponsored by Citizens Medical Center, Sam’s Club, H.E.B., Newscenter 25, The Victoria Generals, the Victoria Parks and Recreation Department and the Victoria County United Way.
On sale will be bar-b-q sandwiches, nachos, hot dogs, chips, candy and soft drinks. Beer will be available at the Victoria General’s Party Deck.
