Main Street reduced to one-lane between

Santa Rosa and Juan Linn Streets January 4

(VICTORIA, TEXAS) Main Street, in the downtown area, will be narrowed to one-lane south bound between Santa Rosa and Juan Linn Streets for utility construction beginning Monday, January 4.

This project is expected to take approximately four weeks, weather permitting. The intersection of Main Street and Juan Linn Street will be temporarily closed during this time.

On-street parking will be prohibited in the work zone. All businesses and parking lots in this area will remain accessible via alternate routes.

The City is working to minimize any inconvenience to the public; however, delays in the work zone are possible. Alternate routes are suggested.  

This construction is part of the $2,913,062 Downtown Water and Sewer Line Replacements project,

(Phase I, Projects 1 & 2). The contractor is Triple B Services, LLP from Huffman, Texas.
