Court Orders “Cement Plug” Removed within Seven Days

(VICTORIA, TEXAS) A court order issued today from Judge K. Williams in the 135^th District Court ordered Mr. Keith Redburn to remove the “cement plug” he installed in a City storm sewer. The court ordered Redburn to remove the cement plug within seven days or the City is authorized to go onto his property and remove the plug.

“The City agrees with Judge Williams’ ruling and we are happy the court ruled in the City’s favor,” said O.C. Garza, Communications Director for the City. “The ruling leaves Mr. Redburn seven days to remove the cement plug from the storm drain, and hopefully he will comply with the court’s order.”
