Juan Linn Street Reduced To One Lane

Between Navarro and George Streets April 12

(VICTORIA, TEXAS) The City will reduce Juan Linn Street to one lane eastbound between Navarro and George Streets Monday, April 12 to install water lines. Construction is expected to take approximately three weeks, weather permitting. 

All businesses and parking lots in the work zone will remain accessible via alternate routes.

The City and contractor are working to reduce public inconvenience; however, drivers may experience long delays in this area. Alternate routes are suggested when possible.

This construction is part of the $2,092,079.00 Downtown Water and Sewer Line Replacements Project (Phase I, Projects 3 & 4). The contractor performing the work is SER Construction Partners, LTD from Pasadena, Texas.  It is estimated that this project will take approximately 7 months to complete.
