The Finance Department is responsible for all accounting, auditing, financial reporting, internal controls, operating and capital budgeting, revenue management, cash and investment management, expenditures control, asset management and debt management functions for the City of Victoria. 

Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and our office is located at 700 Main Center, Suite 100.
