The Victoria 2025 Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the City on November 17, 2009. Developed to help position the community for the future, the plan recognizes that to protect our unique quality of life, yet maintain economic viability, we must grow in a conscious, proactive and planned manner based on a collective vision. Victoria 2025 establishes a positive, sensible direction for the development of Victoria over the next twenty years.
It is a culmination of information, ideas, dreams and vision for the future of Victoria.
